1. Fares listed are indicative and may vary slightly based on season, fuel prices, and exact pickup/drop locations. 2. Driver and fuel charges are included unless stated otherwise; tolls, parking, and permit fees (e.g. Rohtang permit) are extra unless specified. 3. For multi-day tours, driver night-halt charges are included unless stated otherwise. 4. Hotel accommodation is NOT included in any package unless explicitly mentioned — these are transport-only packages. 5. Itinerary timing is flexible but subject to weather, road, and permit conditions (especially for Rohtang Pass / high-altitude routes). 6. Vehicle type assigned will match or exceed the category booked, subject to availability. 7. Please carry valid ID proof for all passengers during the trip, especially for permit-required routes like Rohtang Pass. 8. AC may be switched off in hill sections per government/local guidelines.
1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the travel date are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid. 2. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before travel are subject to a 50% cancellation charge on the advance. 3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before travel, or no-shows, forfeit the full advance amount. 4. In case of trip cancellation due to road closures, weather, or government restrictions (e.g. Rohtang Pass closure), full refund or rescheduling will be offered at no extra cost. 5. Any rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to vehicle availability.
